The mentors' honor board at the KChKhK branch has been updated.

To speed up the integration of new employees at the enterprise, a mentoring system has been established in which a competent employee passes on their experience to a newcomer and oversees their work at the initial stage.

Elena Perminova, Deputy Director for Personnel and Social Policy at the KChHK branch of JSC OHK Uralchem, member of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region:

"Mentors are the people who introduce newly arrived employees to the profession, help them adapt to the team, get to grips with the technology and understand their new role. In addition to deep professional knowledge, mentors possess good communication skills, because every person requires an individual approach.

To date, more than 70 people have been involved in the 'mentor–young worker' tandem. In 2025, more than 130 young employees have already taken part in the mentoring program."
