Uralchem opened a new corporate group at a kindergarten in Kirovo-Chepetsk.
The premises have undergone a major renovation. It includes painting of the walls and ceiling, the installation of linoleum and porcelain stoneware, the replacement and installation of new window and door units, and the upgrading of electrical networks, sewage and water supply systems. The restrooms and wash areas have been faced with ceramic wall tiles. New furniture has been installed in the group, and dishes, household supplies and toys have been purchased. In addition, the children's playground has been refurbished.
The group is equipped with developmental didactic materials and educational STEM kits on various subjects. The equipment is aimed at the comprehensive development of children.

— During the operation of the "Uralchem — for Children" program, more than 1,500 children of our employees have received placements in the city's kindergartens and attended corporate groups. This is a significant contribution to the future of the rising generation. Comfortable and safe conditions have been created here, conducive to each child's development, fostering independence and creativity.
In 2025 the enterprise allocated 5.5 million rubles for renovating the group and equipping it. In total, since the start of the "Uralchem — for Children" program about 79 million rubles have been directed to equipping preschool institutions.
Corporate groups are created under a cooperation agreement between Uralchem, the administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk and the city's preschool institutions for a term of four years. After this period the premises are transferred for use to the municipality. The "Uralchem — for Children" program has been in effect since 2010. During this time 30 corporate groups have been opened in the city's kindergartens (including three groups of the Uralchem-Trans branch in Kirovo-Chepetsk).

The Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Plant (KChKhK) branch of JSC United Chemical Company “Uralchem” opened a new corporate group at Kindergarten No. 26 in Kirovo-Chepetsk for children of the branch’s employees aged three and up. The project is being implemented as part of the “Uralchem — For Children” social program.
