Cancer was suspected in 14 residents of the Shabalinsky and Svechinsky districts.
More than 170 residents of the Shabalinsky and Svechinsky districts underwent screening as part of the "ONKOpost" campaign. As a result of the on-site screening, 14 people were found to have suspected oncological conditions.
According to the Ministry of Health, during the campaign medics performed 53 mammograms, 100 ultrasound examinations and eight gastroscopies. Doctors from the Kirov Clinical Dental Center examined 36 patients using modern diagnostic equipment.
The work of the "ONKOpost" will continue. In November specialists will travel to the Orlovsky district.
