      The Kirov office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service added LLC TK "Georesurs" to the register of unscrupulous suppliers. The reason was the failure to fulfill a contract to supply coal for KOGKUZ "Medical Center of Mobilization Reserves 'Rezerv'." According to the FAS, the organization had signed a contract to supply hard coal to three of the institution’s warehouses. The delivery period was set from August 1 to 25, 2025, but the goods were not delivered to any of the addresses. The commission found that the customer — the medical center — acted lawfully when it decided to unilaterally terminate the contract. The supplier, for its part, did not provide evidence that the delivery failures occurred due to circumstances beyond its control. The coal supply was intended to maintain the required temperature and humidity regime for the storage of medicinal drugs. As the FAS notes, the failure to perform the contract created a risk of violating the storage conditions for medicines, so the company’s inclusion in the register was deemed justified.
