Residents of Kirov will be able to check basic health indicators for free.
On Thursday, October 2, the "I Choose Health" campaign will take place in Kirov. The event is timed to coincide with World Heart Day. According to the Ministry of Health, on that day special "health points" will operate in various districts of the city where anyone who wishes can undergo free screenings.
Specialists from Hospital No. 9 will see visitors from 10:00 to 15:00 at the TsUM at 77 Vorovskogo Street. In the southwest part of the city, doctors from Hospital No. 7 will set up a site in the Globus shopping center at 135 Vorovskogo Street (2nd floor). It will be open from 10:00 to 14:00.
Medical staff from the Emergency Medical Care Hospital will be waiting for participants of the campaign from 9:00 to 12:00 at the GeoZavod shopping center at 11A Zhukovskogo Street. For residents of Kirov’s Zarechnaya district, doctors from Hospital No. 5 will organize a site. It will operate from 9:00 to 14:00 at the Stary Most shopping center at 2 Slobodskoy Trakt.
In addition, specialists from the Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention will be on duty at all sites. Kirov residents will be able to receive consultations from them on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
