In Kirov, hooligans were detained in a dumpling restaurant and in a shop.
Recently, at around 3:30 p.m., an alarm was received at the Rosgvardiya security control desk from a pelmeni shop on Oktyabrsky Prospekt. Rosgvardiya officers hurried to the address. At the scene they identified a 48-year-old man who, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, was disturbing the public order. The actions of the Kirov resident fell under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism). The detainee was handed over to police officers for further investigation and to be held accountable. On the same day, three and a half hours later, another alarm was received — from a shop on Lenin Street. The detention team that arrived at the establishment identified another 48-year-old man who was also disturbing the public order. He was taken to the police department for the necessary procedural actions to bring him to account for petty hooliganism.
