The Russian National Guard was dispatched three times to cafés in Kirov on 'Alarm' signals.

      According to the Kirov Region Directorate of the Russian National Guard (Rosgvardiya), the first "Alarm" signal was received at around 11:00 p.m. from a café on Zavodskaya Street. There, a 20-year-old patron beat a 35-year-old man. The offender was detained and handed over to the police.

      At around 1:00 a.m. the panic button was triggered at a café on Svobody Street. Rosgvardiya officers detained a 30-year-old man who had beaten a 34-year-old man. The injured man was handed over to emergency medical personnel, and the offender was taken to the police station.

      Another call came in at around 2:00 a.m. from a café on Sverdlova Street. At the scene, Rosgvardiya officers identified a 30-year-old man who had injured a 40-year-old patron. The victim was hospitalized, and the assailant was handed over to the police.

      In all cases, law enforcement agencies are conducting investigations and deciding whether to hold those responsible accountable.
