Lukoil was fined for high gasoline prices
According to the website of the Kirov Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), Lukoil-Uralnefteprodukt LLC was fined 562,500 rubles. The agency noted that the company set monopolistically high fuel prices.
The regional FAS recalled that earlier Lukoil-Uralnefteprodukt had also been found to have violated antimonopoly legislation in a case opened following complaints from individuals. As a result of the case review, the increase in retail prices for AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline was deemed unjustified.
It should be noted that today, September 30, gasoline prices at Lukoil stations rose again. A liter of AI-95 "Euro" gasoline is being sold today for 64 rubles and 2 kopecks.
