Regional units of the FSB Directorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Directorate, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee, the EMERCOM Main Directorate, the Center for Special Communications and Information of the Federal Protective Service (FSO), the Federal Penitentiary Service Directorate, as well as directorates of the National Guard and the government of the Kirov Region participated in the exercise. According to the exercise scenario, wreckage of a UAV bearing signs of an improvised explosive device was found in Kirovo-Chepetsk District. During the event, persons involved in committing a terrorism-related crime were identified and detained. As a result, an assessment was carried out of the readiness of the forces and resources of the operational headquarters group in the Kirov Region. The tasks set during the exercise were fully completed, the press service of the FSB Directorate for the Kirov Region reported.
