In Kirov Oblast, a woman fatally struck an elderly pedestrian.
The most serious incident occurred on the evening of September 25 in the Kumensky District. On the Kirov–Malmyzh–Vyatskiye Polyany highway, a 37-year-old woman driving a Chery Tiggo struck a 71-year-old male pedestrian. The man died at the scene from his injuries.
Among other incidents were two traffic accidents involving children. In the morning in Kirov on Stroiteley Avenue, a 28-year-old driver of a Lada Kalina hit a minor pedestrian — the child was injured. Another accident involving a child occurred on Pavla Korchagina Street: a Daewoo Matiz and a Skoda Octavia collided, and a girl passenger was injured.
Accidents were also reported in the Afanasyevsky and Yuryansky districts, where drivers of passenger cars were injured.
