The bill considered today by deputies proposes increasing fines for children under 16 being on the street at night, and for those under 18 being in bars. Fines are also increased for roofs not cleared of snow, parking on lawns, on children's and sports playgrounds, littering, improper placement of kiosks, and much more.
One of the main changes is the introduction of fines of 1 million rubles for legal entities. These can be imposed for persuading women to have abortions. Deputies supported this and other initiatives.
