The Rosselkhoznadzor office for Kirov Oblast, the Udmurt Republic and Perm Krai reported the shipment of seedlings from Kirov Oblast to Kazakhstan.

On September 19, the office supervised the first shipment of 6,000 bare-root spruce and pine seedlings to Kazakhstan. All products underwent laboratory testing, which showed no quarantine pests. The consignment complied with the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
The office issued a phytosanitary certificate. It is worth noting that prior to this, spruce and pine seedlings had not been exported from Kirov Oblast to Kazakhstan.
