      Not only multi-storey residential buildings but also social infrastructure will appear on the new site: a school for 1,500 places, kindergartens for 600 places and an integrated sports and wellness complex covering more than 4,200 sq. m. The implementation will be carried out by the company "Zhelezno", the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture said.

      Preparation for approval of the first phase of the project is also being completed. On that site a school for 1,250 places, two kindergartens and an integrated cultural and leisure center covering more than 2,000 sq. m are planned.

      A total of four phases are envisaged for the comprehensive development of Chistye Prudy. Work on the project for the third phase has recently begun, the Kirov administration said.
