Revenues of housing and communal services organizations in Kirov Oblast rose by 5.6%.

      According to the Department of Statistics for Construction, Investment and Housing and Communal Services, as of June 30, 2025, housing organizations in the region managed over 20 million square meters of housing — 0.6% more than at the end of last year.

      For January–June 2025, the organizations' revenues amounted to 4.1 billion rubles, which is 5.6% higher than in the same period of 2024. More than three quarters of the total (78.4%, or 3.2 billion rubles) related to services for the maintenance of residential premises. In particular, 2.5 billion rubles were expenses for the maintenance and repair of common property in apartment buildings, 0.4 billion rubles for building management, and another 0.3 billion rubles for utility resources consumed to maintain common building property.

      Housing and communal services organizations' expenses for the half-year amounted to 3.8 billion rubles (+5.8%). The bulk of these also fell on housing maintenance — 78.2% or about 3 billion rubles.

      As of the end of June, accounts receivable reached 1.7 billion rubles, and accounts payable 0.8 billion rubles. At the same time, the share of bad debts fell from 1.6% a year earlier to 1%.

      Accrued contributions for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings in the region amounted to 1.5 billion rubles, and paid contributions (including arrears from previous years) amounted to 1.4 billion rubles. 0.9 billion rubles were spent on carrying out major repairs, which is 12% more than in the first half of 2024.

Kirovstat's press service reported that in the first half of 2025 housing organizations in the Kirov Region increased their revenues to 4.1 billion rubles. The bulk of the receipts came from the maintenance of apartment buildings.
