The court confirmed the legality of the penalty imposed on Agrofirm Sredneivkino.

      The Leninsky District Court of the city of Kirov denied the motion by the representative of CJSC "Agrofirma Sredneivkino" to annul the order of the state labor inspector. This was reported by the press service of the State Labor Inspectorate.

      The violation was identified by an inspector during the investigation of an accident. He found evidence indicating a breach of occupational health and safety requirements. The situation was aggravated by the fact that members of the employer's commission evaded participation in the investigation and did not sign the documents required for it.

      Having considered the State Labor Inspectorate's order, the court held the organization administratively liable under part 1 of Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. The employer's representative attempted to challenge the decision, citing the insignificance of the violation and his own interpretation of the legal norms. However, the court found these arguments unfounded.
