According to preliminary information, on September 16 at 2:00 a.m. in the Kiknur District on the 38th kilometer of the Yaransk–Kiknur–border with the Nizhny Novgorod Region highway, a traffic accident occurred. A 21-year-old man driving a VAZ-2107, who did not have a driver's license, struck a moose. After that the car ran off the road and overturned. As a result of the crash the driver was injured. An investigation into the accident is underway.
