Work was completed in August 2023, but already during the warranty period residents repeatedly complained about leaks when it rained. These facts were confirmed by specialists from the State Housing Inspectorate. The problem was also brought to the attention of ONF activists, who filed an appeal with the prosecutor’s office. The supervisory authority issued a notice to the contractor but, without waiting for the violations to be corrected, went to court with a lawsuit seeking to impose an obligation to repair the roof. The lawsuit is currently under consideration. The prosecutor’s office continues to monitor the correction of the violations.
