In Kirov, a foreign national was convicted of organizing illegal migration.

      Recently the Pervomaisky District Court of the city of Kirov handed down a sentence to a foreign national. It sentenced him to six years' imprisonment.

      According to the regional FSB directorate, whose officers helped detain the perpetrator, the man, as part of a criminal group and for a monetary reward, organized the arrival in Russia of 38 foreign nationals. They were registered as students at one of Kirov's educational institutions, but in fact they did not intend to study there.

      It should be noted that the sentence has already come into force. The man will serve his sentence in a general-regime correctional colony.
