State fees have increased for drivers and migrants.

      The state fee for issuing old-style driver's licenses has increased to 4,000 rubles instead of 2,000 rubles, the Kirov MFC reported. For an international driver's license you now have to pay 3,200 rubles instead of 1,600 rubles. You can obtain a new driver's license at the MFC in cases of a change of personal data, if the license has become unusable, in case of loss or theft, or at the applicant's request before the expiration of the driver's license. Citizens obtaining a driver's license for the first time must apply to the traffic police (GIBDD).

      A state fee of 1,000 rubles has been established for an application to register or deregister foreign citizens and stateless persons at their place of residence. An additional fee of 500 rubles has been introduced for foreigners for registration at their place of stay. To submit the application, it is necessary to present a copy of an identity document, a copy of the migration card, the notification of arrival, and a copy of the document confirming ownership of the housing. The completed set of documents is forwarded by the MFC employee to the regional Migration Departments of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the "My Documents" center in Kirov Region reports.
