More than 70,000 Kirov residents resolve housing and utilities issues through the "Gosuslugi Dom" app.
Already 74 thousand residents of the Kirov Region have downloaded the mobile application "Gosuslugi Dom". This was reported by the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov Region. The app is part of the "Gosuslugi" services, developed with the participation of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
"The 'Gosuslugi Dom' app helps owners of apartment buildings and private houses, as well as tenants, resolve housing and utility issues. The app is an official service of the State Information System for Housing and Utilities (GIS ЖКХ) and operates on the same legal and regulatory basis," the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov Region explains.
The app helps users interact with their management company, pay utility bills without commission through a single window, communicate in a building chat protected from deletion by owners, and hold building-wide meetings online. You can vote from anywhere, at any convenient time, using a mobile device.
Since 2025 the app has also been available to owners of individual residential houses, and guest access can be set up in the app. Those who live in a dwelling but are not owners will also have access to all the app's functions except voting and participation in building chats.
The app can be installed on phones running both Android and iOS. To do this, find "Gosuslugi Dom" in the app stores: RuStore, RuMarket, Google Play, App Store.
To sign in, the app will ask you to authenticate on "Gosuslugi". Enter your login and password, then create a short 4-digit PIN for entry. From now on you will log into "Gosuslugi Dom" using this PIN. You can also set up fingerprint login.
Upon first authorization, the app will automatically download all your data from "Gosuslugi", requesting your consent to do so.
