On September 3, the Kirov Region began issuing permits for the taking of beaver and otter in the region's publicly accessible hunting grounds. The hunting season will run from October 1 to February 28.
Permits can be obtained at the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Kirov Region, from district hunting inspectors, at MFC offices, and also via the State Services portal.
A state fee of 650 rubles is charged for issuing the document. In addition, there is a charge: 60 rubles for taking a beaver, 120 rubles for taking an otter.
In designated hunting grounds, permits are issued by hunting rights holders.
