From January to June 2025, residents of Kirov Oblast took out more than 2,600 mortgage loans totaling 9.9 billion rubles. The average loan amounted to about 3.8 million rubles. The total outstanding mortgage liabilities of households as of July 1 reached almost 123.5 billion rubles, an increase of 0.7% year on year. The market dynamics were influenced by a cut in the key rate, which was followed by lower interest rates on loans, including mortgages, the Bank of Russia reported.
