Construction of a sports facility has begun in Kochurovsky Park.
Work has begun in Kirov on the construction of a sports ground for preparing for and meeting the standards of the GTO physical culture and sports complex. It will be located in Kochurovsky Park next to the central alley and the children's playground. The location was chosen to ensure maximum accessibility for residents, the Kirov administration writes.
In the first stage, the construction of a concrete base for the site measuring 11 by 20 meters is underway. According to the terms of the municipal contract, the concreting will be completed by September 15. Then more than 10 structures will be installed on the site that can be used for training.
The Leninsky territorial administration added that, for the safety of citizens, the section of the park alley where the work is being carried out will be temporarily closed to pedestrian access. Residents of the district are asked to be patient due to temporary restrictions on movement.
