Over the past day, six fires and five traffic accidents occurred in Kirov Oblast.
The largest fire was recorded in Sovetsk on Revolyutsionnaya Street: a private residential house with outbuildings caught fire there. The area of the blaze amounted to 128 sq. m. Eleven people and four units of equipment from the Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) and the departmental fire service were involved in extinguishing it.
In Kirov, in the gardening association “Avtodorozhnik,” a bathhouse measuring 7 sq. m burned. In Vyatskiye Polyany on Shkolnaya Street, a sofa was scorched over an area of 1 sq. m in an apartment, and in Yaransk on Truda Street the fire affected the kitchen of a residential house (3 sq. m).
No incidents on water bodies were recorded in the region during the past 24 hours.
