      Recently in Kirov, at 1:00 a.m., a signal was received at the private security dispatch that the security and fire alarm had gone off at the shopping center on Vorovskogo Street. Rosgvardiya officers rushed to the address. During an external inspection of the building, the officers saw that the shopping center's door was ajar. At the same time, the facility had been secured. Rosgvardiya officers, together with the center's security guards, saw a young man born in 2004 on the first floor. According to the man from Kirov, he was just passing by and saw that the entrance door was unlocked. He was handed over to the police to establish the reason for his entry onto the guarded premises.
