The KChKhK branch participated in a pedagogical conference in Kirovo-Chepetsk.
The event took place at a multidisciplinary lyceum and brought together representatives of preschool, school and supplementary education.
Participants discussed the results of the past school year and identified the key areas of activity for the upcoming one. The central topic of the meeting was the issue of early career guidance. Attention was paid to the digital atlas of professions and new forms of working with parents. Schools receive assistance from social partners across many areas. Uralchem works systematically with the city's educational institutions: for several years it has held a grant competition among Kirovo-Chepetsk schools.

— Before the new school year, we traditionally discuss plans and development prospects.
