Payments to Kirov teachers for graduates who returned to the region will be increased.

      In Kirov Oblast, officials have decided to expand the incentive system for teachers whose graduates enroll in local universities and colleges and then return to work at regional enterprises. From 2025, teachers will receive a bonus of 5,000 rubles for each graduate who is admitted to an educational institution in the oblast. If the chosen specialty is recognized as a priority for the region’s economy, the amount will be 10,000 rubles.

      Special attention is being paid to those who return to Kirov Oblast for employment after completing their studies. For each such graduate, the teacher will receive 15,000 rubles. Authorities are considering increasing this amount to 50,000 rubles starting next year.
