90 orphaned children found families
The government of the Kirov region reported on the living arrangements of orphans.

For the second year in a row, a regional program to place orphans with families has been implemented in Kirov. In 2024, its main outcome was a 22% reduction in the number of children in state institutions. In 2025, 90 of the 398 residents of institutions for orphans began living with families.
As Alexander Sokolov noted in his speech, orphans in the Kirov region receive housing in a timely manner. In 2025, more than one billion rubles have been allocated in the regional budget for these purposes.
