Recall that yesterday, August 21, 10-year-old Kostya Ovchinnikov went out for a walk with his dog and disappeared. The boy's whereabouts were unknown for a full day. This morning, August 22, the missing boy was found.
The boy was located by detectives from the criminal investigation department of the city police (UMVD) on one of the streets of Kirov. It turned out that no unlawful acts had been committed against him. The boy told the juvenile affairs inspector that he had spent the night at a friend's house.
A preventive conversation was held with the minor and his legal guardians. An investigation is currently underway. The UMVD of Russia for the Kirov Region added that the dog is fine.
