On August 20 in Kirov on Luganskaya Street a fire broke out. According to the regional office of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, a passenger car was completely destroyed.
Six EMERCOM employees were dispatched to the scene, and two units of equipment were involved. Nothing is yet known about the cause of the fire or about any injured persons. Details are being clarified.
A criminal case has been opened in connection with the fire that claimed the lives of four people.
