One in three Kirov residents suffers from post-vacation stress.
Returning from vacation to the work routine proved difficult for 37% of Kirov residents. As the study showed, women find this period harder than men do. The difference is especially noticeable depending on income: among those who earn more than 100,000 rubles, 32% experience post-vacation stress, while among those earning less — 42%. The most affected by "post-vacation syndrome" are doctors (43%), accountants (41%) and PR specialists (40%). Designers complain least often about stress (20%), followed by programmers and marketers (26% each). Experts note that it is hardest to get back into work for those whose jobs involve constant oversight and rapid, operational engagement in processes, while specialists with a more predictable schedule and clear tasks regain their work pace more quickly.
