In the evening in Kirov, officers of the Rosgvardiya discovered a Mazda driver who had been driving under the influence and had driven off the road.

At about 8 p.m., a Rosgvardiya security patrol, while patrolling Shelpyakovskaya Street in the settlement of Raduzhny, noticed a Mazda that had driven off the road into a ditch and stopped.
Rosgvardiya officers approached the car to find out whether the driver needed assistance. Identifying themselves, they asked the man to show identification.
During the conversation with the 58-year-old driver, the Rosgvardiya officers detected a strong smell of alcohol. The offender was handed over to the traffic police officers who arrived at the scene for further investigation.
