VTsIOM: trust in Putin stood at 78.3%.

      According to VTsIOM, the approval rating of the President of the Russian Federation rose by 0.8 percentage points over the week and stood at 75.1%. When directly asked about trust, 78.3% of respondents answered positively (−0.1 percentage points compared with last week).

      Trust in Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was expressed by 60.0% of those surveyed (−0.1 percentage points), while 51.8% of Russians rate his work positively (+0.1 percentage points). The activities of the Russian government are approved by 50.7% of survey participants (+1.4 percentage points).

      Among other politicians, the largest increase in trust was recorded for the leader of the Communist Party (KPRF), Gennady Zyuganov — 34.2% (+1.7 percentage points). Sergey Mironov received 29.3% (+0.4 percentage points), Leonid Slutsky — 21.6% (−1.6 percentage points), Alexey Nechayev — 9.8% (+0.2 percentage points).

      The support rating for the United Russia party was 32.8% (−0.8 percentage points). LDPR is supported by 10.9% of Russians (+0.4 percentage points), the Communist Party (KPRF) — 9.9% (−0.2 percentage points), New People — 7.8% (no change), A Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth — 3.7% (−0.1 percentage points).

      The data are based on a survey conducted from August 4 to 10, 2025.
