Recently, officers of the FSB's Kirov Region department detained a resident of the region. He urged others to commit violent acts on the grounds of nationality.
A criminal case has been opened against the man under Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls to carry out extremist activities). It should be noted that such actions are punishable by up to eight years' imprisonment.
