The most in-demand and highest-paid professions in the Kirov region have been named.
Most often businesses were looking for sales consultants — more than 3 thousand such openings appeared, which represents 8% of all jobs in the region. In second place were sales managers (2.7 thousand vacancies, 7%), and in third — call-center operators (2.3 thousand, 6%). Workers, medical professionals, engineers, teachers and administrative staff also made the top 20 popular professions. Altogether these areas accounted for 57% of total demand for personnel since the beginning of the year.
However, demand does not always guarantee high pay. The income leaders among the popular professions were couriers — their median salary reaches 143.3 thousand rubles per month. Programmers earn on average 135.5 thousand rubles, welders — 117.8 thousand rubles. At the same time, administrators, despite stable demand, receive on average 42.2 thousand rubles, which is 17.8 thousand rubles less than the regional average salary.
