A ceremonial greeting took place before the train's departure. The Deputy Head of the Gorky Railway for the Kirov Territorial Administration, Alexey Rukavishnikov, and the head of the Kirov section of JSC Volgo‑Vyatka Suburban Passenger Company, Alexander Mikhailov, presented Yulia Maslennikova with a certificate and a commemorative gift, thanking her for choosing rail transport.
Recall that the Kirov–Chepetskaya route was launched in June 2025 as part of the development of suburban services. For this, new platforms were built in Kirov's Novovyatsky district — on Sovetskaya Street, in the Lugovye settlement, and at Chepetskaya station in Kirovo‑Chepetsk.
Electric trains on the Kirov–Chepetskaya–Kirov route run daily. Departures from Kirov are at 05:10, 06:21, 18:05 and 19:03, and from Kirovo‑Chepetsk at 06:33, 07:35, 19:05 and 19:53.
