420,000 cubic meters of coniferous timber were transported out of Kirov Oblast.

      Since the beginning of the year, 420,000 cubic meters of coniferous timber have been sent from the Kirov region to various regions of Russia. Shipments were transported by road and rail. More than eight thousand quarantine certificates were issued for the consignments.

      In August, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists inspected 250 cubic meters of sawn timber prepared for shipment to the Moscow and Kostroma regions. The selected samples underwent laboratory tests that confirmed the absence of quarantine pests. The entire consignment was declared compliant with sanitary standards.
