      The gasification support program in the Kirov region continues, allowing residents to receive compensation of up to 100,000 rubles for expenses. Funds can be used for connecting to the gas distribution network, installing internal communications, setting up gas equipment and safety systems, as well as purchasing and installing metering devices and ventilation systems.

      Low-income citizens can apply for payments if their per capita income does not exceed the living minimum—15,782 rubles in 2025. Family income is calculated at the time of the connection agreement, based on financial conditions over the past six months.

      Certain categories of citizens receive payments regardless of income. These include veterans of the Great Patriotic War, SVO participants and their families, large families, Person with First Group Disability, parents of children with disabilities, and relatives of fallen military personnel.

      To participate in the program, an application must be submitted. Applications can be made on the Unified Gasification Operator website (connectgas.ru), the "Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov" portal (lk.gpgrkirov.ru), through the public services portal (gosuslugi.ru), at Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov offices, at "My Documents" centers, or at local administrations.
