The mobile app "Gosuslugi Dom" is part of the large family of "Gosuslugi" services. Developed with the participation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing
and Utilities of Russia and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, it can assist in resolving issues in the housing and communal services sector not only for homeowners but also for tenants.
The app is an official service of the State Housing Information System (GHIS) and operates on the same regulatory framework.
What can be done with the "Gosuslugi Dom" app:

- Submit meter readings
- Participate in online general building meetings
- Send requests to the management company
- Quickly learn about house emergencies
- Receive announcements from the management company
- Get information about major repairs in the building
- View management reports of the management company.
In the Kirov region, more than 71,000 people have already installed the app, according to the State Housing Inspection of the Kirov region.
The app can be installed on phones with Android and Apple systems. To do so, search for "Gosuslugi Dom" in app stores: RuStore, RuMarket, Google Play, App Store.
To log in, the app will prompt you to authorize via "Gosuslugi." Enter your username and password, then create a short 4-digit PIN for access. From now on, you will log in to "Gosuslugi Dom" using this PIN. You can also set up fingerprint login.
After the initial authorization, the app will automatically load all your data from "Gosuslugi" with your consent.
