Kirov employers most often invite job seekers from their region.

      In the first half of 2025, employers in the Kirov region issued over 441,000 job invitations. Nearly 70% of them were received by job seekers residing in our region.

      The second most common recipients of invitations were applicants from Moscow, accounting for 3.4% of the total. Saint Petersburg ranks third with a share of 1.8%. The top ten also includes Krasnodar Krai, Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Rostov regions, Tatarstan, Bashkiria, and Nizhny Novgorod region. The remaining regions collectively received 17.2% of the invitations.

      Among professional fields where Kirov employers most frequently seek specialists from other cities, strategy, investment, and consulting lead (almost 70% of invitations). High demand for specialists from other regions is also observed in media and marketing sectors.
