      The illegal activities of the official were uncovered and stopped by officers of the Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region. To recover the damage, the court has imposed a restraint on the suspect's property at the request of the investigation.

      "Currently, investigators are conducting a comprehensive set of investigative and procedural actions aimed at establishing all circumstances of the incident, as well as collecting and securing evidence," reported the regional Investigative Committee.
