A new mural titled "Victory Soldier" has decorated the building of the Kirov Regional Veterans Hospital. As the mural's creator, artist Oksana Feoktistova, reported, this work is a tribute to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and a symbol of patriotism.
The regional government stated that the festival within the framework of the national project "FormART" aims to develop street art, support young artists, and create a modern urban environment. As part of this project, public spaces are being improved, and cities are receiving new art objects.
