The school in Nolinsk will be built by "Grazhdanremstroy".
Today, July 29, a contract was signed for the construction of a general education school building for 500 students in Nолинск. As reported by the regional Ministry of Construction, the school will be turnkey, with ООО «Гражданремстрой» serving as the contractor.
The ministry reminded that the contract with the previous contractor was terminated due to non-fulfillment of obligations regarding the project's construction. To complete the school, a decision was made to select a new contractor.
According to the contract, the contractor must build the school building with a cafeteria, small and large gyms, an assembly hall, and classrooms. The completion deadline is summer 2027.
It is also recalled that earlier, hearings were held at the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region regarding the lawsuit of ООО ТД «Асса» against the Administration of the Kotelničsky Urban District and the «Single Customer Service». In this case, the company, which missed the construction deadlines for schools in Kotelnič and Nолинск, demanded that the termination of the contracts be declared illegal and that it be paid approximately 600 million rubles in total.
