According to information provided by the head of the Regional Tariff Service, Maxim Mikhaylov, maximum (limit) indices for the growth of citizens' payments for communal services have been established in the region. They are effective from July 1. For all localities except Kirov and Kirovo-Chepetsk, the index is 11.8%. In Kirov — 15.5%, in Kirovo-Chepetsk — 16.9%.
