At the same time, she disposed of these funds at her own discretion, thereby violating the child's interests. The total amount of illegally received benefits exceeded 230,000 rubles. The prosecutor's lawsuit led the court to recognize the payments as unjustified and to order the recovery of the specified sum in favor of the child. Currently, social support measures are being provided to the legal guardian.
