A white sludge was spotted on the roads of Kirov.

      Witnesses share information on social media about a white liquid appearing on the roads after rain. According to residents, it could have been water mixed with paint from the road markings, indicating poor application.

      However, specialists explained that work is carried out only in dry, suitable weather, and the materials used harden quickly, providing a reliable coating. At the intersection of Vorovskogo and Lenina streets, which is shown in the witnesses' photo, no damage to the markings was found. It is possible that shampoo used for cleaning the roads ended up in the water after the rain.

      The Kirov administration notes that experts continue to monitor the quality of the markings' application. If violations are detected, the contractor will be required to correct them at their own expense.
