A competition for the construction of a kindergarten has been announced again in Kirov.
The first tender for selecting a contractor to build a 270-seat kindergarten with a swimming pool on Kapitana Dorofeeva Street, 8, was announced on June 23 of this year. Applications were accepted until July 10. The initial (maximum) contract price was 353,854,704 rubles.
According to the protocol of the supplier selection results, posted on the website rostender.info, the tender was declared invalid. "At the end of the application submission period, no applications have been submitted for participation in the procurement. Due to the fact that no applications were submitted by the end of the application submission period, the determination of the supplier (contractor, performer) is recognized as unsuccessful, in accordance with paragraph 3 of part 1 of article 52 of Federal Law No 44-FZ dated April 5, 2013," the document states.
Yesterday, July 17, the tender was announced again. The contract amount remains the same — 353,854,704 rubles. Applications to participate in the competition are accepted until 10 a.m. on August 4 of this year.
