A resident of Kirov complained about a debtor-duplicate in the enforcement proceedings.
Today, July 18, Acting Prosecutor of the Kirov Region Dmitry Sherstnev held a reception for citizens on issues related to the protection of residents' rights in the field of enforcement legislation. Thirteen people from Kirov, as well as from Slobodskoy, Kirovo-Chepetsky, Zuevsky, Orlovsky, Daryovsky, Kilmetsky, Verkhnekamsky, and Omutninsky districts, attended the reception.
They filed complaints regarding the legality of actions by bailiffs in enforcement proceedings for alimony recovery in favor of children, as well as the appropriateness of the calculation of enforcement fees, the timeliness of lifting bans and restrictions on registration actions with debtors' real estate, and the preservation of the subsistence minimum when debts are written off in favor of lending organizations.
For example, a resident of Kirov reported the illegitimacy of bailiffs' actions, stated that he had no debt, and claimed that part of his salary was mistakenly withheld due to a "debtor-duplicate."
At the same time, a pensioner from Kilmies, whose son participated in a special operation and died while performing combat missions, requested an investigation into the legality of bailiffs' actions in collecting a debt in favor of management companies.
Legal explanations were provided for each complaint. Inspections have been organized, and if violations of laws or citizens' rights are confirmed, prosecutorial measures will be taken.
