Showers work intermittently, water sprays past, and using the toilets is nearly impossible due to dirt and odor.
The Kirov administration stated that they would check the area and restore order, but only regarding the condition of the toilets and the removal of logs. Information about other problems identified by activists has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
