A 21-year-old resident of Kirov, being an accomplice in a criminal group, sold synthetic drugs in the city from July to August of last year. The distribution was carried out remotely via the Internet. At the time of his arrest, more than 20 grams of drugs prepared for sale were seized from 35 "hideouts-storage places."
The young man was charged with a criminal offense. He was convicted under Part 3 of Article 30, Parts 3 and 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to illegally distribute drugs in significant and large quantities, by a group of persons in premeditated conspiracy). As a result, the court sentenced him to six years in a strict regime correctional colony. The criminal proceedings against other accomplices are ongoing.
